Shipping

We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

How to Return or Exchange

  2. You will receive a return authorization and instructions
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process the return
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item

Exchanges
